Sunday's racing saw some hot action. With the show being in mid
afternoon, & the temperature being over 100 degrees, the heat was unbearable.
If there was some shade to be found, you made sure you found it.
First up was the Chicago style racing. First round racing saw Samson
beat Gunslinger, Equalizer beat Sudden Impact & Bulldozer beat Nitemare.
Semi final action saw Bulldozer beating Gun Slinger & Samson beating Nitemare.
The Finals came down to Samson against Bulldozer, but with transmission
problems, Bulldozer was unable to compete. The officals brought back Gun
Slinger to race against Samson.
Gun Slinger took the win, giving driver Scott Harstock his second
win of the weekend.
In the the last straight line racing of the weekend, Gun Slinger
beat Nitemare & Samson beat Sudden Impact. Equalizer had a bye run,
as Bulldozer was unable to fix his transmission in time.
Semi final action saw Gun Slinger beat Samson & Equalizer beat
Nitemare.
In a photo finish, Gun Slinger took the win, giving him his third
win of the weekend.
