Due to lack of attendance at the first American Monster Truck Thunder show on the tour, SRO Entertainment Group Inc. & Great Southern Shows Inc. have decided to cancel all of the remaining American Monster Truck shows across Europe. English company, American Motorsports International who where the events organiser, are not liable or to be held responsible, & had no prior knowledge of the termination of the shows.

See top American Monster Trucks, racing side by side. These include Overkill , Ground Pounder, Carolina Crusher , Hercules, Rap Attack, Undertaker & others.

The owner of the Overkill Monster Truck, Kirk Dabney was asked "How was the racing going to be in Europe as compared to it is in America? His reply was "I'm sure that the exposure to the sport is not as great as it is here in America. In Europe the competition will be a little bit slower and easier, because you're in a country without spare parts. You've got to run accordingly. But, look for it to be the type of enthusiasm as here in the old days."
