With the show not starting until 8pm, the sun set over the mountains & the light turned into dark, even before the last truck had qualified.

First round Monster Truck Action saw Diehl Wilson in Virginia Giant, beating Doug Cole in Blown Thunder. John Seasock in Sudden Impact, beating Thunder Dog, after Thunder Dog, lost power on the second set of cars. Gary Porter beat rookie driver Randy Brown in Pure Adrenalin.

And the last first round race saw Eric Tack in BIGFOOT 15 beating Richard Patterson in Rampage. However BIGFOOT was disqualified after running the light, giving Rampage the win.

Second round Monster Truck action saw Rampage go up against first round fastest loser Doug Cole in Blown Thunder, with Rampage taking the win.
John Seasock in Sudden Impact went up against local favourite Diehl Wilson in Virginia Giant, with Sudden Impact taking the win.
