11th Annual 4-wheel Jamboree Nationals

The 11th Annual Summer 4-Wheel Jamboree Nationals at the Bloomsburg
Fairgrounds, has become one of the major 4-wheel drive events of
the summer.
With the show in it's 11th year it's popularity just keeps on growing.
The event which is part of the Special
Events Performance Series, saw 51,238 spectators come through
the gates of the fairground over the three days of the event. Creating a Economic impact of 9.3 million dollars. With 2,648
participating vehicles at the fairgrounds, the show featured something
for everybody, from all of the thousands of Show Vehicles, the Mud Drag
Racing, Tuff Trucks, the Burnout, games for the kids, games for adults,
the Miss Summer 4-wheel Jamboree, to the main event being the Monster Truck
Racing.
With the weather in the high 80's it made for a nice 3 days. In the
Midway which ever way you turned, you where faced with a gleaming pickup
truck of some kind. With over 60 different types of awards awarded, all
of the truck owners where out to impress.
Eight of the top Monster Trucks raced on all three days of the show,
twice on saturday. These where BIGFOOT,
Black Stallion,
Bulldozer,
Grave Digger,
Overkill, Samson
& the local favourite from Pensylvania Sudden
Impact. There where also two Monster Trucks on display. These where
the Eradicator also from Pensylvania
& the G-Force
Monster Trucks.
