Welcome to my Monster Truck Website
Hi there, & thanks for checking out the ~Monster Trucks U.K.~ website.

So who am I ?
Well my name is Andrew Fielder & I created this site back in November 1996. That was back in the days when there wasn't many other Monster Truck sites on the net.
Today there is a lot of sites out there, be it official websites, or ones done by fans, like this site. The internet is the number one source for Monster Truck information.

So how did I get into Monster Trucks ?
I'd always been a fan of Monster trucks after I saw the TV show, "Battle of the Monster Trucks" back in 1985. However I'm from England, where Monster Trucks aren't that popular, so all I had was the TV Specials, that would usually be on around Christmas time, or holiday's.
Over the years I would tape the shows from the TV, & would buy Monster Truck video's  & have now built up quite a large collection.
There was a few years in the early nineties, when there wasn't any shows on TV or video's available in the UK, which left me out of the sport for a while.

So why did I start this website ?
Well after seeing BIGFOOT 6 while on tour in the UK in 1993, I managed to get some pictures of the truck, along with the Rocket & Miami Thunder trucks.
A couple of years later, when I first got onto the internet I found there where very few website with Monster Trucks. I decided I'd make a website of my own. I got a free website from Geocities & had the address for a while, before I actually got any pictures on the site.
For a while all I had was a couple of pictures of BIGFOOT 6 & a little bit of information, but lots of ideas. Around the same time BIGFOOT had got it's site online, & allowed me to use some of the pictures from their photo gallery.
Those pictures belonged to Dave Huntoon, who then provided me with other pictures of his, to help me build my website.
In building this website, I have made & met many friends from all over the world, & have become good friends with many Monster Truck drivers in the USA, interviewed for TV & have been able to visit the USA on vacation a number of times & attend shows & hang out with drivers.

Me & Jerry Bernado from ESPN

Over the years, the site has grown quite big & is sometimes quite hard to keep it updated, as this site is done in my spare time.
I am actually a proffessional Chef, & after working in a number of top hotels in London for over six years, I made a big move, & relocated from England to the USA in November 1999.
After living in the state of Virginia for 6 1/2 years, I then moved to Florida in 2005 where I currently reside, still working as a Chef.

Thank you again for checking out my site,

Andrew Fielder

To: UDO KASPAR,
Have you tried looking on Monster Truck Promoter websites? Promoters are the ones that show the trucks. Also try this link... http://www.monstermayhem.org/forums/showthread.php?t=9088

Shea-
I don't have one, and I could imagine it must be difficult looking for one. The best advice I can give you is to search eBay and Amazon. Keep searching each week because one might pop up. You might be able to set an alert in Ebay if it finds any new matches.

I was wondering if you could assist?
I have two boys ages 4 and 11. We are huge fans of the Monster Truck Family and enjoy and attend all the Monster Truck shows that take place here in Miami, Fl. For more than 1 1/2 years I have been seaching for the Hot Wheels toy version of the Bulldozer truck. To no avail, and with such dissappointment, we have yet to locate one. I have traveled throughout the United States searching for one in addition to researching on line at all possible web sites. I was wondering if you could help us? My youngest son ONLY wants the Bulldozer Monster truck. Where can we find the toy version..I believe it is the 1:48 scale or 1:24 scale. We have the Speed Demon version and the larger version but within his collection of more than 50 different Monster Trucks, Bulldozer is the only one missing. Please help us in our pursuit to completing our collection and making my son happy.
Yours truly,
Shea
